Both collaging and afro-futurism mirror the process of re-volution: the creation of new worlds from the remains of old ones. Mirroring this process, learn to take multimedia materials to create artwork reflecting the afro-futuristic realities of your desires. Feel free to bring any mementos, scraps, shells that you would like to incorporate into your art, and/or a tablet/iPad/laptop suitable for digital collage!
