This inspiring gathering includes a workshop on creative visualization and the opportunity to begin crafting your vision board for the year ahead. This event is BYOB!

In addition to setting goals for yourself, help make a difference in our community by supporting the Period Kits Initiative, led by By Sunday Love. We're collecting donations of travel-sized toiletries to create kits with essential hygiene items such as pads, tampons, panty liners, and wipes. These thoughtfully curated kits provide dignity and ease for individuals experiencing menstruation.

Through the Period Kits Initiative, we aim to combat period poverty in Knoxville by delivering essential products to those in need. Your contributions will help foster menstrual equity and support underserved communities, all while promoting compassion and care.
