About the Event

About Taber Gable:

Graduated from The Jackie McLean Institute of Jazz and later from The Juilliard School, Taber Gable has been called on to perform alongside many great musicians such as: Marcus/E.J.Strickland, Terrace Martin, Jimmy Greene, Myron Walden, Abraham Burton, Trevor Lawrence, Jonathan Barber, Braxton Cook, lakecia Benjamin, Jesse Palter, country artists such as John Berry, Jamie O'Neal, Chris Blue and many more!


Gable is a highly sought after musician in the New York jazz scene as well as internationally known for his cross-genre abilities and captivating live performance style. In fall 2020 Gable released his first album "Hidden Driveways". His new single "Not Long Ago" was released on October 11th 2024 under record label "La Reserve". In 2024, gable was appointed Assistant Professor of Jazz Piano at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
